Precision Ultrasonic Cleaning The Ultrawave Way
Established in 1990, Ultrawave engineers make the best use of industrial
advances to produce a range of high quality Ultrasonic Cleaning Baths.
For precision cleaning in Medical, Surgical, Optical, Dental, Veterinary,
Laboratory, Jewellery and Electronics fields, Ultrawave Baths are asked
for by name by many professional users.
Ultrawave is the largest British volume manufacturer of bench top ultrasonic
baths. Ultrawave also manufacture a range of standard industrial ultrasonic
tanks as well as a division dealing with larger sized and multifunction
systems for heavy duty industrial applications.
The Ultrawave standard range of Ultrasonic Cleaning Baths caters for dimensions
of up to 500x300x230mm deep and capacities from 0.5 litres to 30 litres.
Larger rugged industrial type tanks are also available in a range of standard
sizes from 25 litre capacity up to 95 litres. In addition, tanks can be
made to suit any dimensional requirements, in powers up to several KVA.
Hygea 1250
The Hygea benchtop is for use in healthcare sites such as Dental Surgeries,
Doctors' Surgeries and Chiropodists' where small surgical instruments
are used. Fully HTM2030 compliant with full inbuilt validation.
Hygea 5000
Fully automated process reduces the possibility of human error. Automatic
detergent dosing, automated processing, process lockout, administrator
action on incomplete cycles and validation of the process ensure full
traceability.

and outer cases are of top quality stainless steel.
Hand-Held Ultrasonic Activity Detector (USPM 200)
Ultrawave have developed a system to monitor ultrasonic activity and called
it the USPM200.
It is designed to determine the ultrasonic activity levels in today's sophisticated
cleaning systems as old methods like the foil test and horse serum test
no longer work, due to higher frequencies and improved cavitation bubble
shapes. The USPM200 consists of a stainless steel probe, fitted with a
plastic handle, connecting cable which plugs into a hand held instrument
which measures ultrasonic activity. The system has been made simple to
use. Simply press and hold a button to activate display.
