Ystral homogenisers are suitable for most mixing applications including disintegrating, emulsifying, homogenising, dispersing and dissolving, working with volumes from 0.5ml to up to 100 litres and various viscosities.

The X10 / 25 system is designed for the laboratory and features a range of interchangeable shafts and generators all driven by a compact, yet powerful 500 watt motor with built-in speed controller. The X10 / 25 will operate between 8000 to 24000 rpm and can be hand held or stand mounted for stability.

For larger applications or pre-production quantities, the powerful X40 / 38 range is recommended, with a comprehensive range of shafts, up to 600 mm long, generators and mixing heads to suit most applications, including continuous flow mixing units.

All shafts, generators and mixing heads are manufactured from stainless steel for durability and are easily dismantled for cleaning and sterilisation. For hazardous areas, flameproof motors and speed controllers are available, plus air driven systems.
